Financial Services Terms

Loan Facilitation

• We act as intermediaries between customers and banking partners
• Final loan approval decisions rest with respective banks/NBFCs

No Hidden Charges

• First Adviser does not charge customers any fees for loan facilitation
• All processing fees, if applicable, are collected directly by banks/NBFCs
• We maintain complete transparency in our service model

Credit Assessment

You authorise First Adviser to:

• Access your credit bureau reports and scores
• Share relevant information with potential lenders
• We maintain complete transparency in our service model
• Maintain records for future service improvements

Communication and Marketing

Contact Authorization

Unless you opt out, you consent to receiving communications, including:

• Service updates and application status
• Promotional offers from banking partners
• Financial education and advisory content
• Surveys and feedback requests

This consent overrides any DND/NDNC registration for service-related communications.

Intellectual Property and Usage

Dispute Resolution

Customer Consent And Authorization

Consent And Authorization

First Adviser’s consent setup puts you fully in control of your credit information. You decide exactly how your data can be accessed, when it can be used, and who is allowed to see it. No bank or lending platform can view your credit details without your explicit permission. You can grant access just once for a specific purpose or choose ongoing access for up to 180 days.

Imagine you are applying for a loan under the name XYZ through First Adviser, an online platform focused on smart financial tools. Before your credit report is pulled, First Adviser presents everything in clear, simple terms and asks for your approval. If you choose the one-time option, your credit data is used only to determine your eligibility for that specific loan. Your information remains protected, and it is not accessed again.

Alternatively, you may choose the 180-day access option. With this, First Adviser can check your updated credit information periodically during that time. This helps the platform offer better-matched recommendations—such as loans with favorable rates or credit cards that align with your financial profile.

A key part of this system is that you can withdraw your permission at any time before the 180 days are up. Once you do, First Adviser must immediately delete your credit data. And even if you do not withdraw your consent, we will automatically delete your data once the consent period ends , ensuring that your information is never kept longer than necessary.

This approach keeps everything transparent and secure. It protects your personal information, meets regulatory requirements, and ensures that you stay in control of your financial data at every step.

By giving consent as per our Terms and Conditions, FA Wizard is authorized to pull your credit report and share a copy of the same with you. The purpose of generating this credit report is to keep you aware of your credit health and to help you choose the best possible financial product based on your requirements and profile.
