("Company" or "We"), trading as FIRST ADVISER, owner of the KIVA mobile application (“KIVA” or the “App”, distributed under the identifier com.firstadviser on the Apple App Store by FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED and on Google Play by the developer FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the KIVA application, visit our services or website, or engage with our financial solutions, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

FIRST ADVISER is a trade name of FA WIZARD PVT. LTD., a Private Limited company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, incorporated in Delhi, India. This policy applies to the information we collect:

• Through our financial services and consultations
• On our website and digital platforms
• In email, text, SMS, WhatsApp and other electronic communications between You and First Adviser
• Through the KIVA mobile application, other mobile applications and digital interfaces

Important Communication Consent: Even if you have registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) or Do Not Call (DNC) service, you authorize us to contact you via call, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels from First Adviser and our partnering Banks/NBFCs for loan processing, financial services, and related purposes for up to 365 days from the date you engaged with our services.

2. Account: A unique profile created for accessing our financial services.

4. Application / App (KIVA): The “KIVA – Intelligence into Action” mobile application for Android and iOS, distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store under the package name / bundle identifier com.firstadviser. It is published on the Apple App Store by FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED (Team ID NJ77H8H4Q5) and on Google Play under the developer account “FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED”, and is owned by FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as FIRST ADVISER).
5. Financial Services: Loan facilitation, credit assessment, SME funding, and related financial solutions provided by First Adviser.
6. Banking Partners: Private and Nationalised Banks and NBFCs with which we collaborate for loan products.
7. You/User: The individual or entity accessing our financial services.
8. Controller: FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED (FA WIZARD PVT. LTD.) is responsible for processing and protecting Your Personal Data

How We Collect Information

1. Directly from You: When you apply for loans, fill out forms, or engage with our services.
2. Automatically: Through website interaction, mobile apps, and digital platforms.

   • Channel partners and referral sources
4. Camera and Microphone Access: For KYC verification and document authentication to ensure smooth loan approval processes. This data is not stored or shared with unauthorised parties.

KIVA Mobile App Permissions and Data

The KIVA mobile application (Android and iOS, identifier com.firstadviser) requests the following device permissions. Each permission is optional, is requested only at the point it is needed, and can be revoked at any time from your device settings.

• Camera: so you can capture and attach a photo as supporting evidence for a work activity, and for KYC and document verification. Images are uploaded only when you choose to attach them.
• Photos / Media library: so you can select an existing image to attach as supporting evidence or as a required document. We access only the files you explicitly select.
• Location: to record the location at which you punch in and punch out, so that your attendance log is accurate. Location is captured only while the app is in use, at the moment you perform these actions. KIVA does not collect location in the background and does not track your movements.
• Files and documents: so you can upload documents required for an application or activity.
• Notifications: to send you task, approval and attendance related alerts.

Data collected by the KIVA app includes your account and profile details, work activity and attendance records, documents and photos you upload, punch-in/punch-out location, and device identifiers and diagnostic data used for security and app stability.

KIVA does not sell your personal data, does not share it with data brokers, and does not use it for third-party advertising or cross-application tracking. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is shared only as described in the “Information Sharing and Disclosure” section of this policy.

You can request deletion of your KIVA account and associated data at any time from within the app or at firstadviser.co/account-deletion. See the “Your Rights” section for details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

KIVA users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time, either from within the KIVA app or by visiting firstadviser.co/account-deletion, or by writing to support@firstadviser.co from the email address registered with the account.

What is deleted: your account profile, login credentials, contact details, uploaded documents, activity and attendance records, device identifiers, and location data captured through the KIVA app.

What is retained: loan application, KYC and transaction records that we are required to preserve under the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, Know Your Customer norms, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and the Income Tax Act. Such records are retained for the statutory period (generally up to 8 years), kept only for legal and regulatory compliance, and are not used for any other purpose.

Right to Withdrawal

Data Retention
