Delete your KIVA account
Ask us to delete your KIVA app account and the data linked to it. Verify your mobile number with an OTP to confirm it is you.
About this request
This page lets you request deletion of your account for the KIVA – Intelligence into Action mobile application (Google Play and Apple App Store identifier com.firstadviser).
KIVA is owned by FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED (also written as FA WIZARD PVT. LTD.), trading as FIRST ADVISER, CIN U74999DL2020PTC372548. It is published on the Apple App Store by FA WIZARD PRIVATE LIMITED and on Google Play under the developer account Hardik Garg, who operates that account on the company’s behalf.
How to delete your account
You can request deletion in any of these ways:
- From this page — fill in the form above and verify your registered mobile number with an OTP.
- From within the KIVA app — go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- By email — write to support@firstadviser.co from your registered email address.
What data is deleted
When your request is verified and processed, the following are permanently deleted:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your name, email address, phone number and contact details
- Documents and photos you uploaded through the app
- Work activity, task and attendance records
- Punch-in and punch-out location data
- Device identifiers and app usage and diagnostic data
- Marketing and communication preferences
What data is retained, and for how long
As a company operating in the financial services sector, we are required by law to preserve certain records even after an account is deleted. These are:
- Loan application, KYC and transaction records — retained for the statutory period, generally up to 8 years, under the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, Know Your Customer norms, Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Records required for an ongoing dispute, audit, investigation or legal proceeding — retained until it concludes.
Retained records are used only for legal and regulatory compliance. They are not used for marketing, profiling or any other purpose, and you will not be contacted using them.
How long it takes
Requests are acknowledged immediately on submission and processed within 7 days of successful verification. You will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number once the deletion is complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; to use KIVA again you would need to create a new account.
